The recent actions of Elon Musk, Twitter’s CEO, have left many wondering if he has hit a new low. In his latest move, he reportedly removed the ‘w’ from Twitter’s logo, resulting in the company’s name spelling a rather inappropriate word. This is not the first time Musk has made such questionable decisions. Recently, he changed Twitter’s desktop logo to the Doge meme and set up an auto-reply on the official press email to send back a poop emoji. Apparently, Musk had even asked his Twitter followers in a now-deleted poll if he should “delete the w in Twitter.” It seems that he followed through on this childish idea, as William LeGate, the CEO of Pillow Fight, pointed out the change to the company’s San Francisco headquarters. It is truly a remarkable show of immaturity from the CEO of a major social media platform.
